- Combine the pudding mix and milk in a bowl and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Layer one package of graham crackers in the bottom of an 8 x 11-inch pan.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Repeat with the second package of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Place the third package of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.
- Immediately spread the chocolate frosting over the entire top.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften.
