Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk Bob Evans sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs, milk, cubed bread, mustard, salt, and cheese to the sausage.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 12-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated overnight for convenience.
