Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 or 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans pineapple filling
  • 1 c. heavy cream or 2 c. whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter or margarine.
  2. Press the mixture firmly on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Refrigerate to chill slightly.
