Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 pie shells

Instructions

  1. Combine gelatine, cinnamon, ginger, salt, condensed milk, and beaten eggs in a saucepan over low heat until the gelatine dissolves, about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shells.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish with Cool Whip and chopped pecans before serving.
