Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 lb. venison hamburger or 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onion
  • crushed sage
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the pork sausage, venison hamburger (or ground turkey), and egg in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, crushed sage, salt, and pepper to season the mixture.
  3. Put the mixture into a 9-inch bread pan.
  4. Cover the top with catsup.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 325° to 350° for 1 hour.
