No Boiling Lasagne
A no-boil lasagne with creamy ricotta, melty mozzarella, and rich tomato sauce, perfect for a comforting family dinner with minimal prep and quick assembly.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and eggs.
- Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Layer 4 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat with another layer of 4 noodles, 1 cup of sauce, and the remaining ricotta mixture.
- Top with the remaining 4 lasagna noodles and 2 cups of sauce.
- Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving, and serve with heated remaining sauce.
