Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (1 lb. 6 oz.) jars Ragu pasta sauce
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and eggs.
  3. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer 4 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  6. Repeat with another layer of 4 noodles, 1 cup of sauce, and the remaining ricotta mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining 4 lasagna noodles and 2 cups of sauce.
  8. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  10. Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving, and serve with heated remaining sauce.
