Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. cream or Pet milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the melted butter, cream or Pet milk, coconut, brown sugar, vanilla, and chopped nuts if using.
  2. Put the mixture on the cake and place under the broiler for a few minutes until browned, or leave as is.
