No Cook Fruit Pudding

A refreshing no-cook fruit pudding combining peaches, pineapple, and bananas with vanilla pudding, perfect for a light dessert or summer gathering. Easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can drained peaches
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 medium bananas

Instructions

  1. Place sliced bananas in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Put chopped peaches and pineapple in a bowl.
  3. Mix instant vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture over the chopped fruit.
  5. Add sliced bananas at the time of serving if desired.
  6. Make ahead of time to allow flavors to meld.
