Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 1 pkg. McCormick meat loaf seasoning
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. Old El Paso picante sauce
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 90 to 120 minutes.
  4. Drain and remove from the loaf pan.
  5. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired.
