Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
  • 2 tablespoons Promise no-fat margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 6 pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Beat sugar, egg substitute, margarine, vanilla, light Karo syrup, flour, and nutmeg together.
  2. Add chopped pecans to the mixture.
  3. Pour the filling into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
  4. Decorate the top of the pie with pecan halves.
  5. Bake about 50 minutes at 350°F in the center of the oven.
