  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Melt and brown butter in a saucepan; add hot water.
  2. Stir in dissolved flour as the mixture cooks.
  3. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
