Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup regular rice
  • 6 pieces chicken
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
  2. Sprinkle the rice on the foil and place chicken pieces on top of the rice.
  3. Mix the cream of celery soup with water, then spread the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over all ingredients.
  5. Cover and seal the pan tightly.
  6. Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours, without peeking.
