Ingredients

  • 7 oz. cooked macaroni
  • 1 12 oz. can of Spam or ham, diced
  • 1 c. diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion juice or chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (diluted with milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, diced Spam or ham, diced cheddar cheese, soft bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion juice or chopped onions, and the diluted cream of chicken soup.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
