Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, stuffing mix, egg, salt, and pepper well.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a shallow baking or jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour until cooked through.
