Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and broken
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain well.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or directly in the crock-pot.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a crock-pot and slow cook on low for several hours.
  4. Serve hot.
