Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and ground sausage until crumbly.
  2. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Cut Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  4. Add cheese to the cooked meat mixture and stir until melted.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
  6. Spread the meat and cheese mixture onto party rye bread.
  7. Freeze the assembled snacks.
  8. When ready to serve, bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
