Ingredients

  • 5 lb. red snapper
  • 3 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 qt. oil

Instructions

  1. Put fish on a plate.
  2. Add salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Marinate with lemon.
  4. Cut onion rings.
  5. Put on top of fish.
  6. Set for 15 minutes, then put in a frying pan.
  7. Deep fry in oil.
  8. Done when it is golden brown on both sides.
  9. Ready to eat with desired side dish.
