Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 sliced potatoes
  • 1 large sliced pepper
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 3 slices celery stalks

Instructions

  1. Put bacon, hamburger, and onions into a skillet and fry until lightly browned.
  2. Add soy sauce, pepper, and water to the skillet.
  3. Add sliced potatoes, sliced pepper, sliced tomatoes, and sliced celery in layers without stirring.
  4. Cover and cook over high heat for 1 minute.
  5. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 minutes more.
