Ingredients

  • 2 packages very fine egg noodles
  • 1 box dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 large can mushrooms (stems and pieces), diced

Instructions

  1. Brown the egg noodles on a cookie sheet in a 350°F oven until they are golden brown.
  2. In a skillet, sauté chopped celery and diced mushrooms in a little oil until tender.
