Ingredients

  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss together 1 tablespoon of cake mix, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans.
  2. Set the mixture aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the remaining ingredients (including the chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, water, vanilla, pudding, and sour cream) together for 3 minutes.
  4. Fold in the reserved chocolate chips and pecans.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
