- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, mashed bananas, oil, undrained crushed pineapple, chopped walnuts, and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients all at once, stirring until moistened.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 65 to 75 minutes, or until the cake tests done with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
