Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain well and return to the pan.
  3. Add sour cream, butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and parsley.
  4. Toss lightly to coat the noodles.
