Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, water, cocoa, and syrup to soft ball stage.
  2. Add vanilla and butter.
  3. Cool and knead into rolls.
  4. Slice as needed. Nuts may be added.
