Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • pie filling (any kind)

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients except the pie filling in a mixer for 3 minutes.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and mark into 24 squares.
  4. Drop a spoonful of pie filling into the center of each square.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
