- In a Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, brown meats. Add garlic and sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt, lemon pepper and ground cumin.
- Drain off most of fat.
- Add diced celery, onion and green peppers and beer.
- Continue to cook over low heat until onion is white and tender.
- Sprinkle generously again with celery salt, onion powder, lemon pepper and coarse ground pepper.
- Add 2 tablespoons ground cumin and Worcestershire sauce.
- Continue cooking over low heat (10 minutes).
- Add canned tomatoes.
- Simmer 10 to 20 minutes.
