Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken with bruised garlic.
  2. Melt butter in baking dish.
  3. Roll chicken parts in melted butter.
  4. Turn chicken skin side up.
  5. Dust with ground cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with white wine and sugar.
  9. Bake at 350°F for an additional 30 minutes.
