Ingredients

  • 16 oz. tomato juice
  • dehydrated onions
  • dehydrated parsley flakes
  • chopped celery
  • chopped green pepper
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • herbs of your choice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 to 2 packages French green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • mushrooms
  • bean sprouts
  • zucchini
  • squash

Instructions

  1. Boil all ingredients together for one hour.
  2. Serve in a bowl anytime for a warm, nourishing meal.
