Instructions
- Saute onion, garlic, bacon, salt and pepper in butter.
- Add flour and cook until smooth roux; slowly add milk and cook until thick.
- Chop frozen spinach very fine.
- Squeeze all water out. Add spinach to sauce; bring to a slow boil and cook 5 minutes.
