A creamy, flavorful nut cheese ball combining sharp Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, perfect for parties, served with vegetables or crackers for a savory appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Place all cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Attach the bowl to the mixer with a flat beater attachment.
  3. Turn to speed 4 and beat until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the ball in chopped nuts.
  6. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until serving.
  7. Serve with raw vegetables or assorted crackers.
