- Place raisins in small bowl, cover with boiling water.
- Let stand for 10 minutes, drain.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add beans, oil, eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Stir in raisins and nuts.
- Pour batter into a 9 X 5 greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 65 to 75 minutes.
- Cool for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
