Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 3/4 cups packaged biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixer bowl, combine eggs, orange juice, and honey; beat with an electric mixer until blended.
  2. Add biscuit mix and ground walnuts; beat on medium speed for about 30 seconds or until well blended.
  3. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
  4. Cook until golden brown, turning when the pancake has a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
