Nutty Sweet Potato Bread

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy in large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, potatoes and milk.
- Blend in remaining ingredients except nuts.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour into pans.
- Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until done.
