Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 squares white baking chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  2. Gradually add confectioners sugar and beat well.
  3. Add melted white baking chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in chopped walnuts.
  5. Spread the mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours before cutting.
