Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup liquid brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Use an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
  3. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add liquid brown sugar, nonfat dry milk, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Stir until the milk is dissolved and ingredients are combined.
  6. Add wheat germ, granola, and raisins to the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
