- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Use an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Add liquid brown sugar, nonfat dry milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir until the milk is dissolved and ingredients are combined.
- Add wheat germ, granola, and raisins to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
