- Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan.
- Add filling and bake, or for an unbaked crust, bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly before adding filling.
- For cheesecake, press the crust into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool, then add filling.
