Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. ice cream caramel topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix by hand the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, salt and soda.
  2. Press half of the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan, ungreased.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
