Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all-purpose flour, uncooked oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Add buttermilk and melted butter or margarine to the eggs and mix well.
