  • 3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 c. mashed banana

Instructions

  1. Baking Temperature: 350°.
  2. Baking Time: 20 minutes.
