Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Mix oleo, sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and nuts if desired.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool before serving.
