Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
  2. Let chicken marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Drain chicken, saving marinade.
  4. Place chicken, skin side up, over charcoal or in a broiler pan 8 inches from heat. Brush on marinade every 15 minutes.
  5. Broil 20 to 25 minutes on each side or grill until chicken is tender and brown.
