Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1.5 to 1.75 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and pour over the sliced apples.
  2. Mix together the sugar, chopped nuts, raisins, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the prepared mixture to the apples.
