Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cups finely diced cooked beef
  • 3 cups diced cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 cup gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the shortening or heat the oil.
  2. Cook the chopped onion in the shortening until tender.
  3. Stir in the cooked beef, diced cooked potatoes, gravy, catsup, prepared mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until well browned, about 10 minutes.
  5. Turn and brown the other side.
