Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 cup grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute bell peppers, onion, and celery in butter.
  2. Brown the ground beef.
  3. Cook the egg noodles.
  4. Mix the cooked vegetables, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, cream of mushroom soup, chili powder, and cooked noodles together.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
