Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider using lean ground turkey instead of the beef, veal, and pork mix. You can also substitute the egg substitute with regular eggs if preferred. Adding grated carrots or zucchini can enhance moisture and nutrition without altering the flavor. If you want more flavor, try adding Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce to the meat mixture.

Serving Suggestions

Slice the meatloaf and serve it with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a comforting meal. It pairs beautifully with Easy Baked Spaghetti Casserole for a hearty dinner. Consider adding a fresh garden salad with vinaigrette to balance the richness of the meatloaf.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, slice the meatloaf and place it in a covered dish in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, you can microwave individual slices on a plate for 1-2 minutes.
