Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 7 oz. bag coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 12 oz. caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Bake pie crust on low heat until ready; melt margarine in a skillet over low heat.
  2. Add coconut and pecans to the melted margarine.
  3. Stir until toasted lightly brown and fragrant.
  4. Set aside to cool slightly before assembling the pie.
