Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sifted flour
  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 30 stuffed Spanish olives

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the olives and knead the dough.
  2. Pinch off pieces of dough and flatten them.
  3. Place an olive in the middle of each piece of dough.
  4. Bring up the edges of the dough around the olive and roll between your hands to form a ball.
  5. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet and freeze until ready to cook.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
