Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Use a glass to cut a hole in the center of each bread slice.
  2. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the bread slices to the skillet and brown for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Crack an egg into each hole in the bread.
  5. Cook for 1 minute, then carefully flip the bread and eggs.
  6. Cook for an additional minute until the eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
