Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Polish sausage
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the peeled and sliced potatoes in shortening or bacon grease until they start to brown.
  2. Cut the Polish sausage into thin slices.
  3. Add the sliced sausage, chopped onion, and chopped or sliced pepper to the pan with the potatoes.
  4. Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes are golden brown.
