Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 graham crackers, broken into quarters
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ground nuts

Instructions

  1. Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with graham crackers.
  2. In a saucepan, bring butter and sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in ground nuts.
  4. Spoon the mixture over the graham crackers in the pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes.
  6. Immediately remove from the pan onto foil.
  7. Cool completely, then break into pieces.
