Ingredients

  • 1 large can V-8 juice
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 4 to 5 cups sliced or cubed vegetables (such as zucchini, carrots, potatoes, green beans, onion, peas, and celery)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet or pot, adding onions if desired.
  2. Add the browned turkey to a large kettle along with the sliced or cubed vegetables and V-8 juice.
  3. Cook until the vegetables are tender, adding water or chicken broth if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
